Parc Rischard, a unique residential complex

Parc Rischard and Parc Rischard Sud form a group of six buildings, the centerpiece of which is Maison Rischard. They surround a beautiful private landscaped park, itself encircled by an ancient restored stone wall and with century-old trees, in the middle of the quiet district of Merl in Luxembourg City.

On either side of Maison Rischard, each of the five residences, designed by Luxembourgish architect Tatiana Fabeck in a modern and bright style, bear the name of a descendant of the Rischard family. Colette and Paul first saw the light of day in 2015. Edouard will be ready End 2018. Huguette and Charles are under development and their completion is planned for 2020.
